Childish Gambino has responded to Kid Cudi throwing shade at him on social media.
During his “GILGA Radio” livestream on Sunday (April 14), Donald Glover told Cudi to reach out to him and made it clear he isn’t interested in feuding.
“Kid Cudi, if you got a problem, I’m not here for the beef,” he said. “Just talk to me. Actually talk to people.
“We don’t have to agree on everything, but we also don’t have to be like, ‘Yeah, when I see you, we have to wanna kill each other.’ It’s like, I don’t — man, life is too short.”

In February, Kid Cudi appeared to take a dig at Childish Gambino by dismissing a potential collaboration between them.
When a user on X (formerly Twitter) urged him to work with the Atlanta star (“whether it’s TV, movies, or music”), the Cleveland native simply replied: “Im cool.”
Cudi’s apparent dislike of Bino is unclear as they appeared to be on good terms in the past. The pair collaborated on the song “Warlords” that leaked a few years ago but never received an official release.
They also went back-and-forth on social media in 2013 about finishing a track that they’d been working on at the time.
Gambino tweeted a photo of him and Cudi vibing to a joint track, with Cudi saying he was ready to hit the studio again in Los Angeles.
“Ima hit u when im back in LA mane, lets finish that jam if possible,” he wrote, to which Glover replied: “of course. say sup to @Logic301 fur me.”
Gambino replied: “of course. say sup to @Logic301 fur me.”
However, when the idea of collaborating with Childish Gambino was floated five years later, Kid Cudi appeared to change his tune.
In response to a fan who asked him on X: “When are we gonna hear Cudi and Gambino!?!” he wrote: “Hmm.”
Despite his turbulent relationship with Mr. Rager, Childish Gambino has a busy time ahead of him with two new albums on the horizon.
During his aforementioned “GILGA Radio” broadcast, the 40-year-old revealed he’ll be releasing an updated version of his 2020 LP 3.15.20 under the title Atavista.
After that, he’s set to drop his final album under his rap moniker, Bando Stone & The New World, which will serve as the soundtrack to a film of the same name he’s working on.
Lizzo has made it clear that she never abandoned her album Love in Real Life.
The “Juice” artist recently responded to rumors that the project had been cancelled after fans expected it to arrive last year. Rather than putting out the album at the time, Lizzo instead released the mixtape My Face Hurts From Smiling in June.
During a new conversation with Billboard, the “Truth Hurts” singer explained that the album itself was never scrapped and is still the same body of work she plans to release on June 5 under its new title, B**ch.
“I think the biggest misconception about my album is that I shelved Love in Real Life when I didn't,” she said. “(B**ch) is technically the same album. I just changed the name. The music is the same.”
Lizzo shared that the main difference between the earlier version of the project and the upcoming release was taking away the original title track, which eventually led to the album being renamed.
“When you change the name of something, it changes its destiny,” the singer explained. “Like, when I went from Melissa to Lizzo, it changed my destiny.”
“When this album went from Love in Real Life to Bch, it changed the trajectory of its past,” she continued. “I do think that I feel like I can express myself the way that I want to express myself right now through Bch. I think Love in Real Life was really sombre and a little bit more introspective, and I think B**ch is a little bit more empowered and self actualised and bold.”
Before the newly titled album arrives, Lizzo has already released the singles B**ch and Don’t Make Me Love U.
The artist had previously spoken about stepping away from Love in Real Life during an earlier interview with Vulture, saying the project “just wasn't what I was feeling right now”.
She also mentioned that much of the album had originally been written back in 2022.
“By 2025, I've changed, the world has changed so much, and so much has happened,” she said. “I was like, ‘I need to do s**t differently, and I don't know what it is, but I'm going to just start following my instincts.’”
