Lil Wayne is set to premiere a brand-new single at WrestleMania 40 this weekend in the City of Brotherly Love.
Tunechi made the announcement during a surprise appearance on WWE RAW on Monday night (April 3). During a backstage segment, professional wrestler Jey Uso crossed paths with the rapper and asked him to pull up for the big event.
“I’ma be there and you know what, I’m bringing my single,” the Hot Boys veteran responded emphatically. “World premiere. WrestleMania. You know what it is.”
While he has not specified what song he will be performing, it will most likely be his upcoming single with Young Thug titled “Bless,” which will be featured on the Weezy vs. Wheezy collaborative album with producer Wheezy.
The 41-year-old announced the song’s release on Friday (April 4) along with a visualizer that features a wrestling ring.
WrestleMania XL is scheduled to take place at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, PA on Saturday (April 6) and Sunday (April 7), with Wayne’s set for the first night.

Last week, Lil Yachty and ScHoolboy Qtalked about Lil Wayne’s “insane” album sales while expressing how stunned they were at the numbers he has generated over his illustrious career.
During an episode of the A Safe Place that aired in late March, the two rappers discussed album sales and how impressive Weezy’s run was.
“Lil Wayne did a million on a leaked, bootleg album! Tha Carter III. I had that album months before it came out. N-gga at the barber shop had it in the back of his Buick,” Yachty began. “Everyone clowned Rebirth. That’s his rock album, right? He was Drake before Drake!”
For context, the 2010 album in question moved 176,000 units in its first week.
To put this accolade in perspective, ScHoolboy Q’s latest album, Blue Lips peaked at No.13 on the Billboard 200 tally and, according to Hip Hop By The Numbers, sold 34,000 units in its first week.
Sam Smith recently opened up about the “nightmare” experience of getting liposuction as a teenager.
In a new appearance on the Podcrushed podcast, the Stay with Me singer – who identifies as non-binary and uses they/them pronouns – spoke with co-host Penn Badgley about deciding to have cosmetic surgery to remove excess fat at just 13 years old.
“I had an operation on my chest when I was 13, because it was starting to grow,” they explained. “There were different reasons behind it, but mostly, I was being teased so much. I couldn’t go swimming at school, and changing in the locker room was awful. So, I ended up having liposuction at 13.”
Getting emotional, Sam shared that they had long struggled with food and body image, though their parents were “incredibly supportive” of the choice to go through with the procedure.
Although the operation “worked,” the Too Good at Goodbyes star admitted that they wore the post-surgery bandage much longer than they were supposed to.
“It was all part of the struggle with eating and my body,” the 33-year-old said. “The liposuction helped, but it was also a nightmare because they gave me a bandage. If I wore it, I could skip to the front of the lunch line. So, I kept it on for nearly a year, saying, ‘Oh, don’t get too close,’ just so I could eat first… so really, the surgery didn’t fix much because I’ve always loved food.”
Lately, Sam has been performing a residency at the Warsaw venue in Brooklyn, New York.
The next To Be Free concert is set for November 19.
