50 Cent has agreed to a settlement to end his lawsuit against a Miami medical spa that he believes implied he’d undergone penis enhancement surgery.

The G-Unit mogul (real name Curtis Jackson) claimed plastic surgeon Angela Kogan and her company, Perfection Plastic Surgery & MedSpa, used a photo of him the two took during a trip to Miami in February 2020 to promote her company and its services.

The lawsuit alleged Kogan used the photo — which 50 Cent said he took believing Kogan was merely a fan — to promote Perfection Plastic Surgery without authorization and falsely implied Fif underwent a penis enlargement procedure. He maintains he’s never had a penis enlargement surgery or any kind of surgery at MedSpa.

According to court documents filed on Friday (March 24), both 50 Cent and Kogan said they had “reached an agreement in principle to settle Mr. Jackson’s claims” and were “in the process of preparing an agreement to finalize and memorialize” the deal (via Billboard).

This isn’t the first lawsuit relating to the case to be settled in recent weeks. Last month, 50 agreed to a settlement with The Shade Room after the outlet was accused of spreading rumors about the rapper’s alleged op.

According to legal documents viewed by reporter Meghann Cuniff, 50 and The Shade Room agreed to settle their lawsuit on February 21 through the U.S. District Court Southern District of Florida.

“[50 Cent] by and through his undersigned counsel, hereby gives notice that he has reached an agreement to settle with Defendant The Shade Room… in the above captioned action,” the lawsuit read. “Jackson and TSR are in the process of executing their respective obligations pursuant to the agreement and will file a Notice of Voluntary Dismissal.”

In December, attorneys for Angela Kogan countered 50 Cent’s allegations by attempting to point the finger at The Shade Room instead.

According to court documents, the defense claimed rumors about 50’s alleged procedure were spread due to the gossip outlet publishing a photo of Fif and Kogan together.

Meanwhile, 50 Cent’s “vicious intimidation” of an ex-drug lord has led to a new $300million lawsuit.

According to AllHipHop, Corey “Ghost” Holland is suing Lionsgate Entertainment, accusing the company of enabling 50 to launch a vicious and sustained intimidation campaign against him.

In the lawsuit, it’s claimed 50 Cent orchestrated an intimidation campaign against Ghost, with Lionsgate Entertainment allegedly knowing about 50’s harmful propensities but failing to take necessary action.

50 Cent has never been shy about sparring with people online, but as the year winds down, it looks like he may be easing up on the chaos. Even so, a recent post from the rapper raised eyebrows. The message itself was cryptic, framed as a warning for anyone he might go at next, but plenty of readers took it as a subtle shot at Fabolous, Maino, Jim Jones, and Dave East.

For anyone who missed it, the hosts of the Let’s Rap About It podcast released a new freestyle this week that many listeners felt was aimed squarely at the G Unit boss. They rapped over his beats, dropped references to him throughout their verses, and even titled the track “Squatter’s Rights,” a playful nod to the accusations 50 Cent has previously thrown their way.

In a fresh social media post shared with his followers, Fif hinted that he has no interest in feeding negativity as 2025 comes to a close and 2026 approaches. Still, his words suggested that calm might only be temporary.

“Let’s toast to success, health, and prosperity. I’m planning my new year. When I’m done, I’ll come out to play. You know everyone who plays with me wishes they didn’t in the end,” he wrote. The image paired with the caption shows the Queens rapper edited into Leonardo DiCaprio’s role in The Great Gatsby, using the now famous party toast scene.

That said, it is worth not reading too deeply into it. While some see the post as a coded message, it could just as easily be 50 Cent doing what he often does best, poking fun at critics without singling anyone out directly.

In the past, his ongoing tension with these artists has arguably worked in everyone’s favor, or at least that is how Maino once framed it, calling the situation smart business. Dave East, Jim Jones, and Fabolous all have their own complicated histories with him, each at different stages, which makes the situation hard to pin down.

For now, it remains to be seen whether 50 Cent will respond more directly or if the Let’s Rap About It crew will fire off another verse before hearing back. Chances are this all stays confined to social media rather than turning into anything that reaches the studio.
