Fresh, young singer/songwriter Kyra has a voice that needs to be heard and luckily last week we had the chance to hear it for ourselves at the Knew Knowledge event in Old Street.

Knew Knowledge showcased a variety of upcoming artists and Kyra took the stage to show us what she has to offer the music world. With no set song list, she improvised by involving the audience, asking them if they wanted to hear her sing a fast or slow song. Her track 'I Hate My Job' is quirky and fun and had the crowd singing along to the catchy song.

Managed by XYZee Management (who also manages Wretch 32) Kyra has a bright career ahead of her having already performed on the same line up as big stars Ed Sheeran and Labrinth. She has also been confirmed to support the legendary Boyz II Men in February and Wretch 32 on his forthcoming tour.

When Kyra is on stage all eyes are on her as the power she has behind her voice means she can easily command attention when she sings. Music News had to catch her for a quick chat and she's just as energetic off the stage as she is on it!
