Lindsay Lohan has shared that she still writes music.

The early 2000s star released her debut album Speak in 2004, followed by her second record A Little More Personal (Raw) in 2005.

Although she found some success in music, Lindsay eventually shifted her focus to acting.

In her latest film Freakier Friday, the sequel to her beloved 2003 hit Freaky Friday, her character Anna Coleman reunites with her garage-rock band, Pink Slip, to perform an original track.

During a recent interview with BustleThe Parent Trap actress revealed that she never fully stopped making music, even if she hasn’t put out new material in years.

“I love making music,” she said. “It’s always been about timing for me. I still write, so I have plenty of things written down.”

The 39-year-old went on to say, “If I ever did something again, maybe I’d do it with my sister Ali, because she writes amazing songs and her voice is incredible.”

While she doesn’t have plans for a new project right now, Lindsay admitted she does want to release the full version of her 2019 dance track Xanax on streaming platforms after fans asked for it.

“I know, I have to,” she told the outlet. “It’s gotten annoying at this point. I just need to work it out with the label.”

T.I. has been hinting at his supposed final album Kill The King for quite some time, and it now feels like that moment is getting closer. He recently posted a clip showing himself cutting off his dreadlocks while previewing a new track produced by Pharrell Williams, which has since been released as “Let Em Know.” The song comes across as tough and rhythm driven, tapping into the kind of bounce that has defined much of the Atlanta rapper’s strongest work over the years. It might not fully persuade everyone that he is operating at his absolute peak, but there is no denying the confidence and personality he brings to the instrumental, riding it with an easy swagger and infectious momentum. Now the focus turns to what T.I. ultimately delivers with this farewell project, which fans are hoping arrives sooner rather than later.
