Cassie has given birth to her third child, just two weeks after testifying against ex-boyfriend Diddy in his sex trafficking trial.
The 38-year-old singer welcomed the child with partner Alex Fine, according to friend and former stylish Dante Nash, who revealed the news in court.
Nash said that Cassie gave birth on Tuesday (May 27).
Cassie and Fine have not yet commented on the birth of their third child but the singer was seen to be heavily pregnant when she took to the stand earlier this month.
Cassie’s evidence saw her reveal various details about the alleged nature of her relationship with Diddy which lasted around a decade.
During her time on the stand, it was revealed that Diddy once suspected Cassie of having an affair with actor, Michael B. Jordan.
Jordan was first brought up in Cassie’s 2023 lawsuit against Diddy in which she claimed she had a “flirtation relationship with an actor”.
Cassie said that she spent a New Year’s Eve with Jordan which Diddy found out about and allegedly “called the actor and threatened him.”
Jordan has never commented on his involvement with Cassie and it is not known if he will be called to testify during the ongoing trial.
Cudi himself later testified in court, claiming that Diddy was responsible for breaking into his home as well as setting fire to his Porsche.
Diddy vehemently denied being behind the attack on the car.
Cudi also claimed that when Diddy broke into his home, he injured his dog and locked him in the bathroom.
The “Pursuit of Happiness” rapper added that after the incident his dog had become “jittery and on edge”.
Cudi described his feelings towards Diddy after the break in, saying: “I wanted to confront him, I wanted to fight him.”
The rapper and occasional actor also said that he filed a police report over the incident.
Cudi later detailed the emotional impact of being subpoened to testify, saying that he found the situation “stressful”.
