GloRilla has laughed off claims made by some of her fans, who believe that she’s the latest rapper to get a Brazilian butt lift, or BBL.

Taking to her Instagram on Sunday (May 12), the Memphis rapper posted a photo of her newly toned physique, captioning the post “All dere.com.”

Almost immediately, accusations began flying about the true nature of her assets, prompting her to take to X, formerly known as Twitter, to set the record straight.

“I been in da gym getting dat ass phat now here come all da BBL allegations [facepalm emoji] I can’t win for losing [laughing face emojis],” she wrote

GloRilla has been making major changes to her body in recent months.

Back in December, the Memphis rapper took to her Instagram Live to reveal that she had a new body for her man’s viewing (and grabbing) pleasure.

“Who said I don’t got a man?” she began. “Who told y’all I ain’t gotta man? I don’t post n-ggas. Do I look like a bitch that posts n-ggas? I don’t post them.”

She then opened her jacket to reveal that she got some “new titties.”

“Ain’t nobody behind me but this fat ass of mines,” she continued. “Just a little fill in. Just fill’em in. They ain’t nothing too outrageous. You know? Just a little something for my man to grope on.”

While the identity of GloRilla’s man has not yet been revealed, she’s certainly gotten her fair share of propositions in the past.

Last December, Shaq asked GloRilla to marry him, causing the “FNF” lyricist to abruptly end her live session with Druski.

The HipHopDX Rookie of the Year was speaking with Druski on his Instagram Live about her explosive rise in 2022, but ended up bailing out on the conversation after Shaq wrote, “glo will u marry me?”

It seemed to be all in good spirits, however, as Glo was seen laughing about the proposal before ending her session.

Shaq isn’t the only one getting curved by GloRilla. During her visit to Angela Yee‘s Lip Service podcast, Big Glo spoke on the DMs she’s been receiving since bursting onto the scene.

She shared that, while she mostly receives requests from artists to collab, she’s gotten tricked by more than a few who ended up having ulterior motives.

“A lot of the times I don’t open them,” Glo said about her DMs. “But like sometimes they’ll try to get me like, they’ll DM me like, ‘Let’s do a song or let’s work,’ and so I give them my number because I actually, probably, you know what I’m saying, like, ‘Ok I fuck with their music.’”

She added: “And when I do it, they’ll text me on some whole other shit and I’ll never text back. But like, I don’t want to talk to no like, when it comes to the industry shit I don’t want to talk to nobody like that.”

Busta Rhymes is honoring his late friend D’Angelo in a truly moving way. The rapper released a heartfelt tribute track titled “Magic,” marking one of his most emotional releases in years. The song celebrates the neo-soul legend D’Angelo, who sadly passed away earlier this month after a private battle with cancer. Over the smooth, soulful backdrop of D’Angelo’s “One Mo’ Gin” from his 2000 classic Voodoo, Busta reflects deeply, sharing raw and powerful emotions through his storytelling.

Throughout the seven-minute piece, Busta takes listeners on a journey through his 34-year friendship with D’Angelo. He recalls their early sessions with A Tribe Called Quest and describes the lasting connection they built over the decades. Instead of simply celebrating the music, Busta pays homage to the person behind it. He describes D’Angelo as a rare, once-in-a-generation artist who “never needed a co-sign” and “touched the souls of the people and everything between.”

Busta Rhyme Dives Deep

During an interview with Okayplayer, Busta called D’Angelo “a godsend,” reflecting on his influence across R&B and hip-hop. “The Earth shifted when D came to do music,” he said, a statement that perfectly sums up D’Angelo’s impact. Anyone familiar with Brown Sugar, Voodoo, or Black Messiah knows his legacy speaks volumes.

“Magic” feels like a conversation between two lifelong friends. Busta Rhymes gives fans an intimate look at a bond that helped shape decades of soul-infused hip-hop. The tributes pouring in since D’Angelo’s passing highlight not only his extraordinary artistry but also the love and respect he inspired among peers. Lauryn Hill expressed it beautifully, writing, “Thank you for being a beacon of light to a generation and beyond who had no remembrance of the legacy that preceded us.”
