The video drops on Friday (April 19) at 8pm ET or 1am UK time on Saturday morning (April 20)

Taylor Swift has shared the trailer for her upcoming ‘Fortnight’ music video, which will also star Post Malone.

Earlier this morning (April 19), Taylor Swift revealed the trailer for the ‘Fortnight’ music video, which is due to arrive on 8pm ET on April 19, or 1am UK time on Saturday morning (April 20).

Judging from the trailer, the full music video will seeming be in black and white, except for embers and flames. The trailer sees Swift and Post Malone dramatically searching through files, throwing things and emotionally embracing on the road.

The teaser comes just hours after Swift announced the track as the first single for her new album ‘The Tortured Poets Department’. The pop star’s 11th studio record arrives later today (April 19) and will serve as the follow-up to 2022’s Grammy-winning ‘Midnights’.

A lyric from the album was also leaked this week at a Spotify event in Los Angeles. At the pop-up library installation, a display case showed an open book, on which was printed the line: “Even statues crumble if they’re made to wait”. At the same time, Spotify’s page for the album carried a video of Swift sitting at a typewriter, hammering out the same phrase.

It appears that the ‘Tortured Poets’ project was inspired by the five stages of grief. Recently, Swift tackled denial, anger, bargaining, depression and acceptance over five Apple Music playlists – each representing one of these stages.

Earlier this year, Swift explained that writing ‘Tortured Poets’ was “really a lifeline for [her]”. She added: “Just the things I was going through and the things I was writing about.”

Swift continued: “It kind of reminded me of why songwriting is something that actually gets me through my life, and I never had an album where I needed songwriting more than I needed it on ‘Tortured Poets’.”

Following the LP’s release, Swift will resume her career-spanning ‘Eras Tour’ in Europe next month before heading to the UK and Ireland in June. Swift is due to play eight shows at Wembley Stadium in London this summer as part of the run, with support coming from Paramore.

Stunna Girl does not plan to out the man who slapped her on the butt at a recent show, despite the fact he continued to antagonize her about it.

The incident happened over the weekend during Stunna’s concert in Syracuse, New York. A video of the incident obtained by TMZ shows a man reaching up while the rapper is on stage and smacking her ass, leading to a violent melee that included both Stunna and her husband beating the man up.

Though the man announced his plans to sue for battery, the rapper is confident he has no case. In an Instagram Live captured by Live Bitez on Monday (April 29), Stunna explained that he not only harassed her afterward by proudly admitting that he sexually assaulted her, but her reaction was in self defense so his case will get tossed.

“I’m not a snitch so in reality I really could have him in jail right now for sexual assault but I ain’t even put bruh in jail,” she said. “Not only that – he went on the internet, he DM’d me like 50 times popping it like, ‘Yes bitch, I did this, I did that.’ He posted it, he posted captions acting hard, saying what he did, saying what he don’t do. Like, you can’t be a gangsta pervert rat.

“You gotta pick one. So my lawyer is like, they not even finna pick that shit up, bro. I got the upper hand in everything. You touched me, it’s on video, you admitted it. You don’t got a case, buddy. You just got your ass beat, pretty much.

Footage from the incident shows Stunna Girl’s husband, fellow rapper RichMula500, confronting the culprit they think groped the Baddies star.

The two men can be seen standing nose to nose before someone else grabs the fan by the neck and drags him to the floor as punches begin flying.

Stunna Girl then gets involved herself, kicking and stomping the man several times while wearing high heel shoes as he lies on the floor.

After getting up off the ground, the man throws a chair at another attacker before taking several blows and being forced to protect himself on the ground.

However, he eventually brushes himself off and stands to his feet, flexing his biceps in a show of defiance.

A voice can then be heard telling people to vacate the stage as the show seemingly gets cut short.

Stunna Girl seemed unfazed by the scuffle as she wrote on X (formerly Twitter) following the show: “Anyways I still love the Girllies from Syracuse y’all was sooo turnt up.”
